700 S 2nd St | Minneapolis, MN 55401

Located in the historic Mill District, Washburn Lofts is an iconic building in Minneapolis created by the Washburn Utility Company or Washburn-Crosby Miling Company (aka General Mills). The entire West Side Milling District was given the designation of National Historic Landmark in 1992 and was commissioned for redevelopment in the late 90’s with space converted into residential and commercial office spaces.

Washburn Lofts include 22 luxurious units with open and spacious floor plans ranging in size from 1400 to over 8700 finished square feet! Grab one of the river facing units and enjoy a balcony overlooking the Mississippi and Stone Arch Bridge. Prices range from $900k to over $2 million.

Washburn Lofts shares some of it’s association features with neighboring Stone Arch Lofts but that works out perfect because of the public walkway and stairway that connects them both to 2nd Street, West River Parkway, Mill Ruins Park and the Stone Arch Bridge.
