Elliot Park in Minneapolis is located on the southern tip of downtown Minneapolis. The land was originally donated by Dr. Joseph Elliot and the area had many mansions. In the late 1800′s those mansions where converted into apartments to take on the influx of residents.
Over the past decade, Elliot Park has evolved with the rest of the downtown scene featuring new buildings like the Skyscape and Grant Park, to renovations and conversion of an old factory like the Sexton and many more.
Housing prices vary from the mid $100′s to luxury condos/town homes to over $1 million. The central location to downtown and the highways, makes the area very desirable for professionals.
