North Loop

The North Loop or the Warehouse District is a dynamic and vibrant neighborhood located in Minneapolis centered around Washington Ave just north of Hennepin Ave. This area features a lot old converted warehouses into modern luxury residential living spaces.

For the most part, the North Loop has been an industrial area until now. There was a period of decay among the area when the decline of the industrial period occured, but since then the area is one the fastest growing. Businesses are moving in and over the past decade, residential building has boomed. The area retains most of industrialized past but pushes forward with many modern features. Buildings in the area are typically around 6 to 8 stories high.

The Warehouse District is extremely popular for those that want to live close to jobs in the downtown business district and are looking for an urban living experience.
