			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Last month, the hotel part went into court appointed receivership at the Ivy&#8230; now it&#8217;s the condo&#8217;s turn.</p>
<p>From the<a href="http://www.startribune.com/business/59407662.html" target="_blank"> Star Tribune</a>:</p>
<blockquote><p>Turnstone Holding LLC will serve as the receiver for the 92-unit condo building in addition to the 136-room hotel, according to documents filed Monday in Hennepin County Court. The two properties were built in a $88 million project that also included renovating the historic Ivy Tower at 11th Street and 2nd Avenue S.</p></blockquote>
<p>This project seems like a mess at this point as the article points out only 1/4 of the units have sold out of the 92.</p>
<p>I just checked the MLS and there are currently only 3 active listings but 11 are currently pending. Make sure to do your due diligence or let me know if you are interested in checking any of these out.</p>
<p>Will keep posted once I hear more about the status.</p>
